Help the Library get Insync with your needs

The Library is asking for comments and suggestions about its services as part of an ongoing commitment to continually improve Library collections and services to better meet the needs of UC staff and students.

The Library will conduct the Insync (previously Rodski) Client Satisfaction Survey until 23 May. This 5-10 minute survey will enable members of the UC community to indicate what they believe are the most important services offered by the Library, and to rate how successfully the Library provides these services.

This will be the second time the Library has conducted this survey, with the first being in 2006. In response to results from the 2006 survey the Library implemented a number of improvements including doubling the number of computers available to Library users, improving space for group work and reflective study, and implementing a more functional and user-friendly catalogue.

Complete the Insync Survey now!

Members of the UC community are strongly encouraged to take 5-10 minutes out of their busy schedule to complete this all-important survey: this will provide the Library with critical evidence about the success of improvements resulting from the 2006 Survey, and, importantly, identify new targets for action.

The Survey is available electronically by logging into OSIS or OPUS, or in hard copy at the service desks in the Library.

The Insync Survey is administered and independently analysed by Insync on behalf of the Council of Australian University Librarians, so your privacy is assured.

The Library is aiming for a response rate of at least 10% of the University community. An added incentive to complete the 2008 Survey will be the chance for one lucky student to win a Canon IXUS 70 digital camera.
